Echo commands without namespacing

The echo api currently allows a user to send a command within a given namespace (e.g. "Alexa, open Super-Cool-App and tell it to take over the world."). Is there any way for a user to say a command without specifying the app name (e.g. "Alexa, take over the world") and without launching the app first?

Hi, With the Alexa AppKit, you must launch the application to access any of its functionality, using one of the specified launch terms (open, launch, tell appanme to..., etc). Thanks, Nick
