However, what I am looking for is not help with my account specifically, but rather I am looking for the general steps that any developer can take to remove/unpublish an app from the Amazon mobile app distribution site [i]without[/i] the need to contact Amazon. Or if we are unable to do this, I would like to know [i]why[/i] we don't have control of our own apps (without having to go through Amazon customer service)? I am hoping that this isn't like those shiesty companies that make it really easy to sign up for something, but then add a bunch of hurdles when you are ready to back out...
