Roadmap

It would be great to get some kind of roadmap. I know you can't comment on every feature request, but it would be great to know when to expect the next api update. Will it be two weeks? 3 months? Also, some idea of the features you know will most likely be included. Not would help developers to plan about possible uses and not safe time working on workarounds for things that will be fixed very soon.

Agreed. And not only a roadmap for the API, but for any built-in features that are coming. So developers don't waste their time building an integration with Twitter, for example, and then find out that a built-in Twitter connection comes a week later.

What would be nice is a JIRA like tracker. (I think that's what Amazon uses internally. I was told when I interviewed there, but I forgot.) We put in feature requests. They either get rejected, or added to an internal Amazon tracker. I wouldn't expect them to track the external one, but every major milestone they could sync the two so we would at least know if the feature had been approved for the next major release.
