need Alexa Service Health Dashboard with incident reports

Feature request: a service health dashboard for the Alexa service similar with http://status.aws.amazon.com/ complete with an explanatin/post-mortem for every ASK-related incident that occurs. This is needed because there are outages/failures that impact production skills and developers should be able to know how it affected them and how to recover if necessary. For example, during this account linking incident https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=10416&tstart=15 new FreeBusy user records were created in an unexpected state. We would like to recover from it and add more corner case handling, but without visibility into what actually happened we waste a lot of time speculating and trying to reconstruct from our own logs. Thanks, Stefan

I agree, it would be useful to know when the service is down, if only to keep me from going crazy wondering if the problem was with my app.

+1 If they want professionals to use this, they need to supply all the services to do dev-ops. Another example would be to have support tickets for the ASK. Posting bug reports in the forum is like pissing into the wind. The only people who answer (if they ever do) is level-1 support (the Amazon staff tasked with answering ALL questions). They only forward it on to "the relevant team". There is no way to engage with level-2 or level-3. Ditto for certification.

Thanks, we are looking into this feature request, but at the moment there's no ETA. Thanks for all of your great suggestions!

Levon, if there was an ETA, would you tell us? You never have before. So it's a bit duplicitous to use that as an excuse for not telling us. It would be great if feature requests moved beyond the big black hole they currently are into a JIRA like ticketing system. But until they don't, there's not point pretending they aren't. It just annoys people.
