Order Skills by "Recently Added" in the Alexa app

This is about the Alexa app, and not the ASK, but - I would really like to have the ability to sort skills by most recently added. Now that there are a lot of skills in there, it's hard to find the new ones each time I check it out.

+1 That would be a nice stop-gap. What I'd really like to see is skills listed on the Amazon website, just like mobile apps. Then you would get reviews, commands, categories, ratings, and all that good stuff.

It's great to see being able to sort "by average customer rating". I wish you had used a more sophisticated algorithm. Right now most of the top spots are single reviews of 5 stars. Probably self reviews. And it isn't like we haven't caught companies getting their employees to rate their skills. That metric is a start, but not very useful to anyone. How about "Most enabled" (# of people who have enabled this skill) or "Most used" (# utterances) or "Most popular" (#unique users)? Then you are using actual usage rather than just what people say.

I'm actually mostly done writing a blog post about this. So far, a lot of those single 5-star review skills actually seem legit. That said, in my research there were a lot of suspicious looking reviews that I had no way to verify because people are either better at astroturfing than 7Sigma was, or they show up anonymously as "Amazon Customer".
