We have two apps live on Amazon with the same package id. What to do?
We accidentally submitted two apps with the same package id, and they were both approved. First we tried updating to a new version with the correct package id but the developer console requires that it match the previous version's id. Next, we tried deleting the app but there is no option to do so. Finally we contacted Amazon developer support but the issue is still unresolved. Amazon users that have both apps try to run one app and it starts the other. If anyone has any ideas, let me know. Thanks!
