Apps listed as 'failed', but not clear why

Hi all - currently I have 4 apps for Mac and PC which are listed as 'failed' in developer admin. I can't find any specific details as to why they have failed, which makes it very difficult to fix the issues. Confusing the issue further is that the listings are still present on Amazon.com, despite the 'failed' status. Has anybody else encountered this issue, or have any ideas on how to resolve it?

I'm receiving the same problem in PC submissions. I did have a reply from Amazon that it was an error on their side and was something the engineers were looking at but no time frame as to when it might be resolved. Obviously something is triggering the failed flag and if we knew what it was we could avoid it i.e. it could be something as simple as my app has the same name as another. The frustrating thing is to have apps just sitting there marked failed for ages and not available on the site, and there seems to be nothing you can do to shift it from that status.
