For any Go developers out there, I was playing around with the Alexa Skills API and this library that handles the security checks as well as request and response formatting: https://github.com/mikeflynn/go-alexa/tree/master/skillserver It's definitely made it easy to quickly hack out a lot of different Alexa Skill endpoints quickly and please feel free to submit any issues or pull requests!
