No response to messages sent through the Contact Us console
I have been trying for weeks to get a response to urgent requests for support through the Contact Us console. I have also tried to communicate my request trough an e-mail address I had used some time ago (
email@example.com) but had no reply from there either. My problem: The Developer Portal system seems to ignore my updates (via the edit>save>submit facility) in any category (price, description and images) which means that the information on the relevant Amazon product page is wrong ! Is there any other way of obtaining competent assistance with problems such as this?
