App Video Not Showing Up?

Re: App dashboard under App->Images & Multimedia->Video(s): The videos are [b]1024x576[/b] and [b]1080x606[/b] but neither show up. According to the spec, the width must be between 720 and 1080, the aspect ratio must be 4:3 or 16:9, and the bitrate must be at least 1,200kbps. My videos meet these criteria but don't show up. Is there another spec that I need to meet?
