Control over Amazon skills once published?

I'm planning to start submitting skills for certification soon, and was wondering what kind of control the developer has once/if a skill is published, in terms of providing updates to a skill, or removing a skill from public availability if that becomes necessary for some reason? Thanks! Mark

What happened for me is that I got two entries for the skill. One was 'frozen' in 'view' mode, which was the submitted skill. The other line was a normal development one, that I could update. I only get one line in my companion app, so I'm not sure if that is running the development version or the live version.

Easy way to test Jo - change the invocation name for the development skill. Then see which one Echo responds to.
