User Feedback for Skills

Hi. This question is in regard to skills and feedback. Each skill has a "Send Feedback" link. Will the developers of a skill be able to get the feedback sent about said skill? Thanks, Jon

I believe reports are that feedback goes to Amazon, who then decide if they forward it to developers or not.
