Submission issue

I was asked to submit documentation to prove that i had the necessary permission to use certain content in my application which i have provided, so am i allowed to go ahead and re-submit the application or wait for an email saying that i am allowed to submit the application?

I am having the same issue. In my app they want me to submit documentation saying that I have permission to use the word Minecraft. I have tried to just submit the app again. But they said the same thing again. So, you need to try to get permission. I know it can be tough. Sorry, that's all I got!
