Problem updating code (via ZIP)

I've got a functioning Alexa Skill (just test code right now). I uploaded it as a ZIP of nodejs, and it's fine. However, I'm now trying to upload a new version, and nothing is changing (when I test I get the old-code response). The console seems like there is a message/alert, because there's a standard Bootstrap alert area above the tabs, but it's empty (no message). I don't see a way to upload a picture here, so I can't show you what I mean. Anyone familiar with this problem, and know a solution?
