"We will provide feedback or publish your skill within 7 business days "

"We will provide feedback or publish your skill within 7 business days in most cases." That was what the email said when I re-submitted my Skill for certification on February 6th. I still have not received any feedback, and I never would have considered my skill complicated enough to warrant being a "special case". Just wondering if others are experiencing the same delay, or if I've just been lost in the shuffle? If it is true that my Skill is particularly complicated I might suggest that the ASK team consider sending an email after 7-business days simply stating that the given skill will take additional time to test. Really just any communication along the way would be better than feeling like your Skill has fallen into the abyss. Or, if the "7 business day" estimate is no longer realistic because of work load then I suggest revising the estimated time in the original email.

It used to be terrible. Waiting two months with no response. But they didn't have the 7-day promise then. I'd fill out the feedback form and ask them what's up. I think they are being monitored on that, because it seems to usually getting a response. At least more of a response than loudly and bitterly whining in the forum at high volume, which is what we used to have to do. :-)

@jjaquinta Thanks for the tip, will keep that in mind for the future. Actually, within an hour of posting here I can see from the logs that my Skill was triggered, I'm at work so it must have been someone on the Amazon side of things. Could just be a coincidence ;) @Justin Thanks for taking a look!
