I just realised that the 'subtitle' Response Card object parameter has been switched off, and instead Alexa is manually setting your application Card subtitle values to the full name of the invoked application (overriding whatever you might be setting in your backend). If you have been reliant upon the subtitle to provide response details or useful information to your users, you'll need to update your app accordingly.
