Trying to create tide pooler skill from sample code, modules not found

Total newbie here. I am trying to create the tide pooler skill from the code samples but keep receiving errors when I test. I have tried copying all the code from the three src files and have also tried zipping the three src files into a zip file and uploading that way. But keep receiving errors in the log that .js modules are not found.
