Cannot save payment information

I tried submitting an update for an app but I get this error. "To submit a paid app please verify your payment information in Settings > Payment Information". I tried to update my payment information but it's not saving. This is the error I get in my browser's console. "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) https://si-us.developer.amazon.com/settings/si-payment.html"
