Apologies for missing the type of application that you mentioned in your message -- my reply was with an assumption that it's an Android app. Regrettably, at the moment, web apps are compatible only with Kindle Fire and Fire TV devices (but not any other devices). While this might change in the future, I would encourage you to submit your app as a proper Android app. If you (or your developers) are familiar with Android development, you can build and submit an Android .apk file instead of just the URL. The Android app will be an empty shell with a single WebView in the launch activity that will load your URL. Alternatively, you can use Cordova to achieve the same result and get an .apk file on the output.
