Our App is giving 404 error.

Hello, There are actually few problems/questions with our account. I tried to contact support through Contact Us form more than a month ago but our ticket still is unanswered... 1) One of our Apps was approved and it says 'Live' in admin panel, but if you click on 'View on Amazon.com' it opens with 404 error. 2) How long does usually approval of App editing takes? We changed few descriptions and more than a month passed before the changes actually took place. Is that normal? Is there a way to preview changes before sending them for a 'month' approve? 3) When more than a month ago we changed descriptions of few products (as I said above) one of the products (the only one which needed no changes) sent itself for approval on its own (!!) when I changed another product's description! This 'Update' was approved in 1 day (surprise)! And all description text is messed up on Amazon page without string breaks - in one line. In the App settings meanwhile the text of the description looks fine as it was before this 'spontaneous update' - with all the string breaks and paragraphs etc - no changes. What happened and how to fix this as in admin panel it all looks fine? Thanks P.S....'Preview' button of this Forum doesn't work btw - it shows empty message, so I am not sure if the post will be posted after I press "Post message" button... Lets see

Hi, Thank you for posting in the forums. In order for us to investigate your developer account situation, we will need to associate your inquiry with your developer's account. Please sign into your company's developer account and create a "Contact Us" case referencing this post as well as further information about your situation (such as the title(s) of the app(s) in question, ASIN or Version ID information, etc). Hello, The problem also is that it looks like nobody answers tickets sent through 'Contact Us' form. As I said above we sent a ticket more than a month ago and had no reply. So I am almost sure new ticket will be lost as well. Very strange support quality for such a company as Amazon... I am posting this message from our Developer account ID - so you can check our account and see at least 404 error problem with one of the products. How else can I contact support directly to provide all details on the problems? Thank you

Today we updated descriptions and binaries for all apps. 2 of them have status 'LIVE' already, but no changes on Amazon (one of them is still 404 error and other product has still old binary and description on Amazon Store). Is there a possibility to contact support somehow directly maybe even by phone? We need to solve all this asap. Thank you
