could you tread your work seriously? 4 months pass,nobody solve my problem

i contacted https://developer.amazon.com/help/contact-us.html many many times,but nobody tread my problem seriously,four months pass,it's still a problem,could you tread you work seriously? Maybe my problem is just a common problem to you,but it's urgent to me personal.
