uploading new version of app, new apk

Im simply trying to upload a new version of my app. Im assuming I need to upload a new "binary" which replaces the old. When I do this it says its incomplete but there is no place which designates what exactly is incomplete. Please let me know what I need to do in order to upload a new version of the app for review. thank you

I am guessing but you need to include what changes are made in the final tab prior to submission called RELEASE NOTES. This needs to be completed for all languages supported Message was edited by: George

In order to investigate this issue further we will need specific information about which app in your account is causing this problem. Please log-in to your Amazon Mobile App Distribution Portal account and raise a Contact Us ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html). Please include the name of the app in question, identifying app information (such as Version IDs, ASINS, etc.) and we will look into the issue.
