Any Chinese mainland developers here? Can you receive the payment checks?

Hi everyone,

Is there any Chinese mainland developers here? Can you receive the payment check successfully? We haven't received any checks from Amazon since 2013. I am not sure whether the checks were lost during the delivery. Anybody who experienced the same problem. How can we receive the payment? We need help.

Hello, If you haven't received your check payment, please make sure to update your payment address for your developer account. Once you update your payment address, please send us your inquiry through Contact Us form and we should be able to look into the case.

We have already updated the payment information as required, and your staff Melody has confirmed it. And he said the checks has been issued, but we still haven't received it since 2013. He voided the checks and reissued again and again, but we still haven't received it. Wish someone could provide a useful solution.
