time intent

Is there a good example of hearing the time that a user states? There are so many possible utterances (eight thirty two, half past eight, twenty of eight, etc.), yet alexa is able to generally handle setting an alarm for a particular time. Is there example code out there that I have just not been able to find?

I believe there is an intrinsic slot type for times. I haven't played with it though. Read the doc on built in slot types.
