Hi there, Thanks for posting! Anyone can create apps for the Amazon Appstore, publish them and get paid if users download as well as use them. Most apps on our store are written with Android in mind, but you can also develop HTML5 web apps if you so wish. In terms of monetisation, you can add IAP items to your app, advertising, or even have it as a premium paid app where users must first pay before being able to download the app. I'd suggest researching app development, or better yet, feel free to create a developer account and get started with some of our documentation.
