Can I get my friend added as an Alexa developer?

My friend just got his Echo, and I want to work with him to make more strides in the Node.js environment for Alexa. Is there any way I can get his SDK registration pushed forward, so we can work together? We have lots of ideas, and I need his help ASAP!
