Alexa Voice Service

When Amazon announced Alexa Skills Kit (ASK), it also announced Alexa Voice Service (AVS). However, I haven't been able to find a forum dedicated to AVS in order to learn more about the service. Can someone point me to the right place?

I haven't seen anything about it either. But since it is aimed at hardware manufacturers, I don't think there is going to be a general purpose SDK and that Amazon will deal with them on a case-by-case basis.
