When you try to deploy your application with Elastic Beanstalk in eclipse, it asks you to specify the server. After that it asks you to specify the name of the application and environment. These names would appear on the AWS management console for Elastic Beanstalk. Moreover on the top of the dashboard, you have your domain specified. It is of the form - . elasticbeanstalk.com. Remember that you will specify this domain id in the subjectAltName field in .cnf file you use to generate the certificate for your endpoint. -Nick
