Simple Control - Alexa Integration

First to apologize that this may be the wrong place for this, however, my frustration leaves me few options. For the past week, I have been trying to link my Simple Control account to the Alexa SS skill. I have my simple control iphone clients paired to a Simple Sync application on the Mac. All the settings are consistent with the documentation. The linking seems to be accepted in the Alexa app. However, when I issue a voice command, Alexa informs me that I need to link my simple control account via the Alexa app. (I have tried to disable and enable this link many times). I'm all out of ideas. Thoughts????

If you aren't using the Alexa Skills Kit, then, yes, this is not the right place. For problems with The Echo your best bet is to hit the feedback button on the companion app.

Simple Control is a third party skill, so I'd say it's a fair question to ask here. Unfortunately for the OP, I'm not sure if creators of that skill actually read these forums. That said, they do have a support form on their webpage, you might want to try that: https://www.simplecontrol.com/support/
