Hi, Can you check in the top right, by the sign out button? There should be a dropdown from which you can choose which account you are on. It is possible you are still on your personal account instead of being on your company's account. -Nick

Thanks for the response. I've double checked and unfortunately that option is not there. In the upper right corner the only option with a drop down is for language.

After logging in/out several times the option appeared in the upper right side by my company name. Message was edited by: Angela McGeachie
