Where do I find "Enable Testing flag to true"

There was a thread that mentioned this so that the skill will appear on my console as well, but I'm unable to find this option once I've clicked on the skill. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi Angela, Thanks for posting! If you mean testing your skill during development, then you can enable testing in your Dev Portal account. When you select the skill you want to test, switch to the 'Test' tab and click the 'Enable' switch (normally it auto selects to enable). Please see the following tutorial for info and screenshots: https://developer.amazon.com/public/community/post/TxDJWS16KUPVKO/New-Alexa-Skills-Kit-Template-Build-a-Trivia-Skill-in-under-an-Hour For this to work, make sure that you are using the same Amazon account both for your Dev Portal and on the device you are testing. Great, thanks for the info. A couple of things. The "test" tab is not something I see anywhere. I see the option for "View" on the skill once I'm in the skill list, but nothing else. The skill I'm trying to work with/test is one I was invited to from my company if that makes a difference?

Thanks Angela, please see this thread for details: https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/message.jspa?messageID=26608 At the moment, there is no proper beta testing capability (like with Android apps where a developer can invite a set of users to test the app prior to release), so the details in the above thread are a workaround for now. Thanks for the help. It also appears that when the skill has been submitted for certification the option disappears until finalized. :-)
