Error with Live App Testing and Publishing

Hi, We submitted our app via the developer account at the end of April. However, we faced problems with Live App Testing and Publishing, and our app hasn't still been tested by the Amazon team and is still in Publishing status. Amazon Support does not react and respond to our emails, requests and inquiries since the beginning of May. Meanwhile, we cannot move forward because there is no available option to cancel the current build or remove it from the Live Testing. Hi, The issue with this application was that it had too many methods after ingestion. Amazon adds methods to your apk during our ingestion process, and if the total number of methods in your primary dex file exceeds 65535, your app will fail and you will have to re-upload a new binary. One of the ways to fix this is to use multi-dex: https://developer.android.com/tools/building/multidex.html Thanks, Nick
