LAT testers received invitation, now what?

Hi there, I've added a few testers to the LAT phase of an Android game I've developed. Anyway, the test status is "Test in Progress", the testers have received invitations but when they click a marketplace link in the email to accept the invitation, it just navigates them to that store page and then does noting... Is there something I've missed during this process? How do they gain access to my test app? Thanks JP

UPDATE: Only certain Amazon links on the invitation email direct the user to the Amazon store page for my test app. Whenever anyone tries to download my test app, it directs them to a page that says my app is available from the Amazon Underground App and that they first need to download the Amazon Underground App. Once downloaded, links from the store page open up this Underground app and do nothing...

Hi there, Have you asked your testers to go to the Underground app, select 'Apps & Games' on the left, then 'Your Apps', and check if your app is available for them to download under the Cloud tab on the left? It should be here if they are not taken directly to the app store page itself. Thanks! Jamie
