How do I update the Binary file after an app is submitted?

App status shows "Submitted" and won't allow me to include the binary file. How can I add the binary?

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

To get review cancelled please raise a Contact Us ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) with your app details, so that we will pend the app and you will be able to modify the binary and re-submit for review.
