Use of camera in web app

Hello- I have a mobile web app currently in the Amazon store -- The app allows for photos to be taken within the app with the tablet's camera. I have enabled the "storage" permission, however after taking a photo, the app just reboots (perhaps because it crashes?). The image upload works when a photo is retrieved from the "Documents" folder, and the camera action works correctly when the website is run from the Silk browser. What needs to be done for web-app camera usage? Thanks.

Hello Alana, Could you please specify what framework you used to build your web app, the list of permissions from manifest, and also provide a snippet of code that launches the camera and takes a photo. If you prefer, you can use the private Contact Us feature within the developer portal (after you are logged in to your dev account). Cheers, Levon
