Registering an Android app for login with amazon. Appstore app ID

[On behalf of: UnifyLog LLC ] Following the steps on: http://login.amazon.com/android Adding an Android App for Amazon Appstore Step 4: Add your Amazon Appstore ID. What is that app Id, I tried the ASIN but if fails saying: The Android application was not saved because of the following errors: The AppStore App ID is invalid. The ID should be the Android app's ID in the Amazon AppStore. (e.g. "1234abcd-1234-1234-1234-12345678abcd") I looked everywhere for an app id in the dev console without luck There is a version id and a amazon key but none has the required format. Note: this is the page that suggests ASIN = Amazon App ID: https://developer.amazon.com/post/Tx2BDVAR6FJ37S8/Amazon-Appstore-detail-pages-part-2.html Thanks

The AppStore App ID is the "Application Key" property on the "General Information" tab for your app in the AppStore. As you noticed, there is an issue with format verification for that field on the Login With Amazon App Console. We are actively working to resolve that issue, but in the meantime, if you send us the following information we can get you on-boarded: Your Login With Amazon app ID (found at the top of the application's details panel in the App Console). Your app's AppStore App ID. Whether or not this app is self-signed. If it is self-signed, then the app's package name and signature. The "Register a New Application" section of the Getting Started for Android guide explains these values and how to determine them for your app. If you can send the above information to lwa-support@amazon.com, we can get you the rest of the way through the on-boarding process.

We have registered your app based on the information you sent us. You should now see it listed in the App Console. Could you confirm that it is present and that the information is correct?

The validation issue in the App Console has been resolved. You should now be able to register any additional Amazon AppStore apps through the App Console.
