Does this service provide more advertising via search reults?

[On behalf of: awesome items] I'm wondering if it causes Amazon to show up in search results.

Are you referring to search results on your site or in search engines? Using Login with Amazon will not impact your search results in search engines. It should not impact your internal search results, unless you specify your internal search to do so.
