Force a client to leave a test

Hi all, I'm wondering if there's any way I can make it so that a client can retrieve new variations without uninstalling the app. I want to have the client be able to get a different variant while the test is still running and without the app being reinstalled. And, possibly, fall into a different test altogether if the user's profile dimensions change. I basically want to be able to get the client to act as if it was a fresh reinstall. Maybe I can delete the amazon cached files manually without having to reinstall? If so, where do these files live? Is this possible? Thanks, progrematic

Hello progrematic, To answer your first question you cannot force a customer to get a new variation once they have already received one from the client. If we allowed this the results would not be able to be separated properly and we would not be able to guarantee you a definitive result as to which variation had the highest conversion rate. To force a new variation you would need to end the current test and begin a new one. It would be possible to have multiple projects and tests set up and choose which to request based on information known on the A/B Testing client. For example if the customer was from the US, the app may request a variation from project "US Tests". If the customer was from MX, the app may request a variation from project "MX Tests". Etc. And finally, we do not have a supported way of deleting the locally cached variations short of either clearing the app data on a system level.
