Conversion rate is 0%

We have just started using the A/B testing service for iOS. We have an active test running with two groups. We have registered events for "View" and "Goal" which are correctly registered, but the "Conversion rate" is still 0%. Why? # of view: 390 # of conversions: 4807 Conversion rate: 0.00%

Yes. It is only supported to have the conversion event happen in a proportion equal or less than the view event. In other words, you can't have more conversion events than view events to have over a 100% conversion rate. You can make separate events to track these if you really need that information. Thanks, Nick

Hi, How is the code in your app handling which event is reported? Based on the fact that events are being reported, it seems like the problem is most likely to lie in app implementation somewhere. -Nick

Hi, I've looked more into this now and I assume that the problem is caused by logging more than one conversion event per view event. Right? This is very cumbersome and is already discussed in the thread "Why should the count of view event larger then convert event?".
