Copyrights... & scam apps

I cannot believe that I had to change the name of my application from "Drawing Pad for Kids" because one of the words was copyrighted (I don't know which one) and then in the app store I find: - "Google Board", clearly not from Google, which use Google logo just to scam people. - "Google Earth", clearly not from Google, just installs shortcuts and ads - "Skype+++", from the same guy that made Google Earth (isn't Skype owned by Microsoft, not Google?) The three app listed above were obviously not reviewed at all (and there are many more I could list). Why is the review process so flawed and unfair? Paolo

Sometimes there are exceptions for people with the approval of using the name included in the app. Also the app review process is in my opinion a good idea unlike google play with their malware infested market. I'm not saying it's as good as the apple review process but it is 100 times better than google play. So google play is flawed and amazon app market is the best android app store in my opinion.
