Support notification of reviews on published apps

I would like to get notified when a customer posts a review of my application. I need to provide timely response to bug reports that come in via comments, so the sooner I can find out a (problematic) review has been posted, the better. Ideally, I would like to receive an email when new reviews are posted, but an RSS feed would be okay. Presumably there are third-party solutions for scraping reviews off a product page, but first-class support would be more useful.
