No response from team

Hi, I dont know whether this is the right place to address this, but I have tried contacting the PC and Mac submission team for over 2 weeks now without getting any response. I have made several cases regarding the apps that I submitted over a month ago that have been sitting in Submitted status without being reviewed. I dont know what else to try to get their attention. Can somebody please point me to the right direction? Like i said I have tried the Contact Us form, several times, without getting any reply.

But this is about another issue, not the one about the apps showing as approved but not live, but the apps not being reviewed at all.

I havent received any response from the mac and pc team. This is very frustrating, Amazon is just refusing to review the apps I submitted and just lets them sit for over a month now in Submitted status.
