Have Multiple Leaderboards but requested order of display is not working

Hi Amazon, I have recently implemented GameCircle, currently using the Leaderboards functionality in my app. Everything is working except the overall sort order that the Leaderboards are displayed in when I go to the list of all Leaderboards for that game (I have 20 leaderboards). On the web portal I used the functionality to set the correct order for the leaderboards to be displayed and those changes were accepted successfully. However when I display the list of leaderboards on my test Kindle the order is incorrect and not the same as configured on the web portal. Please note this is not the same as the sort order issue reported by others a few weeks ago. This is about the sort order of the leaderboards, not about the sorting within a single leaderboard. Do I need to delete all my leaderboards and start again? Kind Regards, Peter

Hi Sujoy, Just to let you know we are now live with three games using Game Circle Leaderboards ("Word Search Ultimate", "Codeword Unlimited" & "Word Fit Puzzle") and they all suffer the same issue of the leaderboard sort ordering not being correct when viewing all 20 leaderboards. For the last two games I even used the Bulk upload of leaderboards using the csv spreadsheet capability you provide, and thus even the creation of the leaderboards where in the correct order, but unfortunately the sort order is still incorrect on those games too. Any estimate on when the issue may be fixed? Kind Regards, Havos Ltd

Hi Havosltd, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Officially I can not commit any ETA to get the fix out. I just informed the team (who is accountable for this issue) about your the latest comment in this issue. As soon as I get update from them I would inform you here. Thanks for your patience.
