Do I need to use Login with Amazon SDK for Android for Achievements?

Hi, this is my first time to use GameCircle. Do I need to setup/use the "Login with Amazon SDK for Android" in order for Achievement to work? I did follow the GameCircle guide and I don't see anything that says I need to setup the Login first or I missed it? When I send an achievement data, I got this : JS(line 2): Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'playerInfo' of null It seems that it asks for playerInfo. So, I need to setup the Login as well? I hope somebody can help me, thanks.
