Sales 0 when app is paid but much high when Free ?

Hi, We launched 3 apps that are ads free for best user experience , now when we used promotion to make the apps free , we got 800 odd downloads in a couple of days but the moment one of the apps promotion ended the sales is 0 ... Now for any app which is launched ads free aps , we need to charge the smallest amount to make some money .... Also we launch exclusive to amazon app , as we want to focus here only , but with good retention and 0 return of apps, the users had a good experience with the apps but why sales are 0 when app becomes paid ... Also 0 reviews can that be the reason ... Please some one guide us as we have great expectations from our business plans here at amazon ....what we need to do ... Regards Ron

I can not comment much on this but you should try for Amazon's promotional program named ADS https://developer.amazon.com/appsandservices/resources/promotional-tools/featured-developer-program

Your suggestion is good but since you guys have stopped supporting ANE extension for AIR there is no way for us add the gamecircle and other sdks needed to qualify ... also when every thing was working so well why discontinue ... Ron

You may register a ContactUs ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) with a request to reconsider your app for ADS since though your app is not integrated with GameCircle for limitation of our SDK. Please note that this is an advise. ContactUs allows us to validate your identity and discuss app specific information in a context that will not expose personal and proprietary information.Thanks.
