Could you please file a ContactUs with the details of the app that is showing up this UI glitch? I can not see any vendor account associated with the account that you are using for writing in this forum. Please mention in the ContactUs that you are redirected from this thread. Thanks.

For every ones information, this is a known issue with unpublished achievements. The format issue will go away when the achievement is published.
