Unexplained "Access Denied" whitelisting a binary

Hi all, In attempting to whitelist a binary, I'm getting a completely useless "Access Denied" message on the package name field. I have no idea why I can't proceed, and haven't yet found any explanation. It'd be dreamy if someone from the GC team could explain possible reasons for this error. Thanks!

Okay, I think that's happening is that I'm getting a vague error message when I should more likely be seeing a message saying, "You can't use that package name, as it's already in use on the Market."

Hi, The error message tells that your package name is in conflict with other developers package name. Please use unique and identical package name for white listing. Thank you.
