Achievement toast not showing achievement icon (skins?)

I've seen some Game Circle games that show a darker skin with the configured achievement icon displayed, but when I implemented Game Circle I see a light gray box with the generic Game Circle icon displayed. Is there an option to switch skins/themes or is this the difference between Game Circle 1.0 and 2.0? We would really like to display the configured leaderboard and achievement icons in the toast pop-ups and not the generic Game Circle icon. Thanks, Shawn

Hi Staras, Thanks you for writing to us. Could you please let us know in what app you have seen the configured leaderboard and achievement icons in the toast pop-ups which is different than the default one?

I've seen it in a few games I reviewed, but one example is "Rescue Roby Lite". The achievement toast shows up at the upper right with a dark gray rounded box. Here is a screen capture: http://videoads.tetrisfriends.com/temp/GC_achievementToast2.png. Another example is 'Dispicable Me: Minions Rush'. Both these applications use a darker-themed version of Game Circle (e.g. http://videoads.tetrisfriends.com/temp/GC_achievements.png) and the achievement icons (and leaderboard icons) appear within the toast. When I build a test app using the latest version of the Game Circle SDK I get a white-themed UI for Game Circle with a generic beach ball in the achievement toast (e.g. http://videoads.tetrisfriends.com/temp/GC_tetrisAchievementsToast.png)

Vampireville seems to use the white-themed Game Circle and does NOT show achievement icons in the achievement toast. http://videoads.tetrisfriends.com/temp/vamp/GC_achievements.png http://videoads.tetrisfriends.com/temp/vamp/GC_achievementToast.png

Hi Staras, Thank you for the detail clarification. GameCircle 1.0 had UI with black theme, where as GC 2.x is having the UI in white theme. We do not support GC 1.0 any more for new integration, however old apps using GC 1.0, still works as legacy. I think Vampireville is using the latest sdk and that's the UI you also can get in to your apps buy integrating. Game circle theme is not customizable and we do not have any public api for that.

Thank you for the response regarding the theme; however, can you respond to the original question? Does this new white theme not show the achievement icon or the leaderboard icon in the toast pop-ups? Is the design to only show the generic GameCircle beach ball?

Hi Staras1967, Thank you for writing back, Yes, we do show generic icon in the toast pop ups while an achievement is achieved or a new new score is submitted in a leader-board.
