GameCricle Rejection

Hello, I have couple of Apps that are rejected because GameCircle does not wok on Kindle HD device. But it works on older Kindle version. I have Kindle HD test device and it works for us (loading through ADB as well as downloading through app store) but not for the tester. Tester even sent us the screen shot. Our code is same for all devices. What different do we have to do for Kindle HD devices? Also why it works on our Kindle HD device and not on the tester? Anyone have similar issue?
