I wanted to add more to this, actually. It appears that the Sign in button is grayed out. (Which would certainly explain the lack of activity.) So, I guess my question is really : Why would the Sign in Button be grayed out/unavailable? And what can I do to enable players to sign in to their account? Thank you, again.

I've rebuilt the entire project focusing first on getting GameCircle to work, and then adding the rest of my code from there. I don't know why doing this would resolve the problem, but it may have to do with the fact that I had added the GameCircle.jar to the libs folder before importing the project into Eclipse per the instructions. I now have both GameCircle and IAP working. Thank you for everyones time.
